Mumbaikars can now enjoy seamless travel across the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the launch of ‘Mumbai One’, a unified QR code–based ticketing system. Passengers can purchase a single ticket for forward journeys across local trains, Metro lines (1, 2, 3, 7), Navi Mumbai Metro, Monorail, and buses operated by BEST, TMT, NMMT, KDMT, and MBMT—all through one digital platform.

Developed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), this mobile app eliminates the need for multiple travel apps and adds no extra cost to users. The system, capable of handling up to 50 lakh transactions daily, currently serves around 10 lakh commuters. However, return and season tickets are not yet available under this scheme.
